Managed to go to the gym yesterday. Weigh myself - not a kilo more..and not a kilo less from the last time i weigh myself- 2 months back..haha. sib baik..
However, I felt "heavy" during my running yesterday. Felt like running with 2 dumbells tied to my shoes. Must be due to lack of stamina..so need to go to gym more often to get back in good shape.
