Fuyoooo..ramainya orang.Never expected the crowd would be as big as that night. Every corner of NZ was full of people. Atas pokok and atas lorry pun ada... Saujana mata memandang bak kata pepatah Melayu. Everybody wuz excited to wait for the arrival of Zahid AF2- the famous pria. I was lucky enough to get a good spot..practically sitting on my new jeans (waaa) and hoping the drizzling will stop soon so that my new jeans tak kecut cepat..hehehe.Zahid came at about 8.30 pm kot and as I expected the crowd started to get excited cheering Zahid. Well Zahid looked genuinely touched when he saw the number of people that turned out at the fest.( I guessed by that time all the roti canai and teh tarik dah hampir sapan kot:-) Berlinang air matanya terharu till Nana AF (emcee for that night) felt like crying too on the stage.
Zahid sang a few songs that night including Cinta Sakti (just loved the way he ended this song) and Cik Mek Molek (gelek Zahid, gelek...mana tak sakit pinggang tu tak baik2) After the first song (if I'm not mistaken) the Roti Canai Competition started. Seelan Paul, En. Azmi and Zahid competed with each other eating as much as they can the roti canai within 10 minutes. Well...Seelan won the competition when he managed finished 6 roti canai followed by En. Azmi (the lucky listener of ERA radio) and Zahid only managed to eat 3 roti canai jer..tu pun like dah terseksa nak finished off the second one. Maybe he ate with empty stomach kot, tu yang nampak termengah-mengah. Anyway it's a good thing he did not gobbled up the roti canai..kalo tak camna nak nyanyi lepas tu.After the competition, Zahid gave away some souveniours to his fans- courtesy by a group of his fans.Time nilah nak tengok fans Malaysia happenning ke tak..berebut2 nak get the gifts. He threw some of the gifts so that his fans at the back could have the chance to get the gifts. Gossshhhh...he got quite strong arms I say..jauh gak dia boleh baling..kalo main softball nih mest boleh jadik pitcher. But I prefer him to be a singerlah..he has a great talent in singing.
Oh yes...there was also an auction of his 'surat-surat wasiat'. The collections will go to fund his fan club's (Za8 FC-KSNM) activities.
Mas and Farah came towards the end of the auction event. 3 of them sang and dance the 'Seksis' song. Cute performance.
Bob unfortunately tersampai lambat after the fest ended..would be great to listen to his powerful voice. Anyway overall it was a memorable event...think about it again..gila gak aku nih..sanggup berhimpit2 gi tengok Zahid. Usually never cared much about this kind of thing. Wokeh..up to this point. Kudos to KSNM comm members and the volunteers for organising the event.
