Fictions vs Facts…which type of book do u really like to read? Here I am trying my very best to finish reading a book titled “Product Strategy for High Technology Companies” for AGES – since last year to be precised. I’m still stuck at the 3rd chapter…two hundred more pages to go. A striking contrast if I were to read any of John Grisham’s books. Gimme 5 hours, I can finish reading his book which more than 300 pages. I’ll get stuck reading his book and can stay up till early morning -reading. But if I were to read ANY of the non-fiction books (6 books in queue!!!) gimme just 5 minutes reading on my bed, I’ll be on the way to slumber land! To date, I have read 3 John Grisham books and have not finish reading ANY of the non-fiction book. Why lah like this! It’s a shame for someone who declares that she loves reading, by right she should be able to and have read different type of books. Been reading classics, poetries, biographies, thrillers,humor etc..how in the world can I make myself read this 6 books??? Suggestions…welcome.
So today, with new determination, I will do the following:
1. Will MAKE time to read the 6 books – 1 hour a day at least
2. Will finish and understand ONE book in 2 weeks – the first book to be finished will be the book mentioned above. (12 weeks – 6 books?? Boleh ker ni?)

Dan Brown books – looked soooo appealing. Saw his books at Kinokuniya last week. Read in the paper that 4 of his books are in the top 10 best seller list. Macam best jer..I do hope his books are as brilliant as John Grisham’s or Jeffry Archer’s writing.
Wish me luck in my new feat! Can train to run 10km in 8 weeks..takkan tak leh buat ni kot…
P/s wrote this article under the influence of tonnes of work assignments and deadlines….going to cabut to the gym to release my tension…

you cant/wont read it coz u dont like it! same goes with running or any other thing in life. btw, im leaning towards fact.
70k/week? one of the weeks la..not everyweek. patah kaki. dont worry. Rome wasnt build in 1 day.
Not that I don't like it..all of the books are very interesting...I'm the BIGGEST culprit in the first place.heheh...for buying all the books and not to finish reading it (I own more non-fiction than story books). But for the mentioned book - Product Strategy, that was given by my big boss...asking me to read it and present it to everyone- tu part yg malassss skit...I guess.Will continue the Fiction vs Facts later. BTW I'm more incline towards facts but fictions are always welcomed.
