Weekend

My weekend was choke full with activities. Took leave on Friday to help Mom to unpack and rearrange the living room (which, as expected by Mom - I clumsily broke one of her vase…klutz! ). She wanted 2 sections – one for the guests area while the other for the TV area. Jadik badang to push the TV console and her antique cupboard with the help of Ashraf’s fingertips.

Spent my Saturday at my old house, angkat the giant pots and trees in my house on to the lorry. “Power Puff Girls” on Saturday as Dad is forbidden to lift any heavy stuff and Ashraf was still in the dream land, so left Wani, Mom and me to do the lifting and pulling trees. Spent the rest of Saturday alone cleaning up the garden at the old house when the rest left for the new house. Lucky enough when one of my neighbour’s maid came to help me (before her “Tuan & Puan” showed up 20 mins later..nasib baik tak nampak..naya). And I was genuinely touched when the next door auntie send her kids to give me a cone of chocolate ice-cream with “ take a break” message. She must have been monitoring me behind her curtains kot after our brief conversation…heheh. Cayanggg auntie…gonna miss our chit chat over the brick wall.

Sunday, spent the day with Fid and Emy. Nearly tak jadik jumpa coz my uncles and aunts from JB came to visit Dad. But Mom insisted for me to go coz she said I dah 14 kali cancel my plans with my friends..hihik..thanx Mom!

Before lepak at Fid’s apartment, we went touring Bukit Jalil pegi survey the park – makan ice cream under the hot sun while berborak on the bridge looking at the fishes in the pond. Very nice place to jog and picnic – should try the trail one of these days. Emy tension when I called one of the turtles by her name..hehehe…bengang giler member. Then Fid took us for a tour at the golf club. Fid works in TPM, her office slalu buat sports events there. Went to Fid’s apartment lepas tu.

Fid cooked Cantonese Fried Yee Mee for lunch– sedapsss and fed me with ice cream (yerp..my second ice cream for the day). I fixed sirap bandung while Emy- Project Manager yg terbusy di dunia did her programming in front of the TV. Woitt.. Sunday laaa Emy…Had an enjoyable time watching SMAP (Japanese series) and the Gosok movie. Lama giler tak lepak with my friends like this on a weekend. So, thanks Fid for having me over. I had a great time;-)
